“John's 'zones' and live trading callouts was what I needed to turn the corner. I've been able to reach consistency and am usually green every day after years of inconsistent ups and downs. Hearing him trade live, cutting losers quick, and scaling out with a runner has helped me get break thru mindset issues that have killed me. He spends hours each night updating ES NQ RTY GC CL charts with supply/depand zones and failed breakout levels. He then hops on and trades them live every morning. The group is great and we share tools and data to help make us better. ”

“I think John is a probably good guy in real life, but I was no where near impressed with this discord and what he brought to it. You see the posts on twitter of +200 points on NQ and all that from him so high expectations are expected. There were many times that I questioned whether he actually was taking any of the plays as he would call out a fill seconds after it already moved greatly in his “direction”. I know people have red days and losing is apart of trading, but getting stopped out several times in a row is not something I find to be a great quality of showing discipline and patience in find A+ Setups in trading. Using a funded account or anything with a drawdown would be extremely difficult in a discord like this due to many paper cuts can happen quickly. Again I am disappointed to be writing this negative review but I want to be real and tell how I really felt about this channel.”

“John trades from market open (or an hour before) and is mostly done a few hours into the market. If you're looking for a room that just a bunch of people talking all day, this isn't the place for you. Sometimes he'll be back later in the day, but the NYSE open is the primary time. However, if you're looking to get your mindset fixed. Learn how to take losses and not go on tilt. If you want to see someone be wrong about trades but still getting paid because his risk profile is correct, then this is the place for you. You're not going to get rich overnight, or maybe even ever, but you'll learn what it takes to actually be a trader. The rest will be on you. Even today, I was able to turn a red day into a green day because I've been working on getting those losses smaller, not tilting if I take a loss, and not trying to "get it back", but just trading the good setups. Two months ago, these funded accounts would have likely been blown today. Instead, going to request a payout today. ”

“I have no idea why this discord is rated so high. From the one month I tried John's discord, it was a terrible experience. The "edu" is non-existent - there is nothing outside of the "live-trading" to help your independent performance and execution of trades. With the live trading, all John calls out is "this [ticker] is knifing or mooning" - nothing educational. John only trades the first 1-2 hours of the market. In the one month I subscribed, he wasn't there for 25% of the time. Even if he was there, he only trades the first 1-2 hours of the day. John's trading is mainly on futures - ES or NQ. His stop losses are 1-2 points on EQ and 3-5 points on NQ. Because so, he constantly loses. When he does "win", he is trimming 3-5 points whether it's ES or NQ. If he lost during the day, it's because the market was too choppy and he'd go golfing. If he won on the day (10 pts on NQ), he'd say he won and go golfing. I quickly realized that he's selling subscriptions (much like other Twitter/X furus) rather than trading. I calculated his subs and monthly fees to determine he's making substantially more than his previous construction job. Like other X/Twitter promoters, he sells his wins but hides his losses. His followers who happen to catch his wins will promote him, but his followers who lose will not say anything. Avoid him”
