“if a mentor doesn't give you a refund, when you stayed 3months with the group, gave them a nice review for the first three months, and still don't received your refund then it's worth letting everyone know as well, honestly. I know I forgot to cancel but the same very day the payment when through I canceled and sent a message to Massimo later he said he will talk with his VA, after that I never received a respond from Massimo despite messaging multiple times. Most businesses have a 3 day cancellation and I think that this is something we should be able to get specially if you have been in the community for 3 months and this goes for Whop as well. I already respected massimo and still do because he helped me to understand something while in the group which I still do but this time forced to be, I thought he would be nice enough to give me a refund specially when I requested right away once it renewed automatically. So my review is based on this experience everyone should be able to get a refund within the first three days of renewing if forgot about the renewing date, I know is my mistake as well but that is when also know if your mentor is kind enough to understand everyones situation. I remember I asked for a refund of my first three months as well just because they trade futures for the most part and I do forex but I let it go and stay in the group and massimo encourage me to stay because he was also introducing EU, gold and GU trade ideas so I decided to stay with no refund, but this time was fair for me to get a refund after trying for three months. This review is for everone to know what you guys are getting into. ”
