“If you are either currently an active stock picker or desire to learn how to you should consider LT's community. I have followed him for several years on twitter and find his comments around positioning into individual stocks and sectors to be helpful. In addition he takes time to explain why he likes an idea, both from both a fundamental and technical view. These explanations can be great for those who want to learn how to do this themselves or to better understand the opportunity to build their own conviction. Pros: - Great idea generation, both at a sector and individual stock basis - Shares their ideas and trades in real time - Explains their process and reasoning - Great resources for learning if you are newer - Live weekly video update to ask questions and talk about how he is viewing the opportunities in the market and portfolio Cons some investors may have: - He is very active in managing positioning which can take some getting used to if you come from a buy and hold style. - Uses technical analysis. If you think technicals are fake, this may not be the right place for you. The ideas discussed are based on fundamentals, but timing and position sizing may use technicals. For me these cons are not an issue. However, I know some investors would not appreciate these stylistic choices. Nothing wrong with that for as long as we can all be respectful.”
