“What’s your opportunity cost here.. $20 bucks? What I like is that each week, there is 2 to 4 hours of group calls. If no one has anymore questions during the session, he takes the initiative to talk about different topics to give as much value as possible from each call. Harrison is very transparent, sometime going as far as sharing details about his own property numbers to clearly explain concepts like Section 8 investing or the BRRR method. The only "downside" I see in this group is that there are many silent members. If some of them shared their insights and knowledge, it could add a lot of value to the group.”

“Tried to ask Harry a 1 question inside of an Instagram DM. Harry told me to purchase this subscription for $20 to ask my question. I DM him on discord and ask my question and he doesn’t give a clear answer multiple times. I then continue to ask and he wants me to get on a call to ask it instead of giving me a simple response. I ask a question on 12/21 a Saturday and his response “ My thoughts are today is Saturday, please ask again on Monday 😀” ”

“Most tutorials and programs hide details or sugar coat parts of the program. Harry does not do this. Harry is extremely transparent and goes into great detail to show you how things *really* work. This is super helpful as someone new to real estate investing as he really shows us the nuts and bolts of running a successful investment business. Can't say enough good things about this program. Harry does a great job of removing the "fog of war" for people looking to jump into this space and provides lots opportunities to get started. ”
