Common questions about SBK Analytics - The Bunker
Bets will be posted in the official-plays channel in discord. Turn on notifications to see each bet as quickly as possible. Plays will also be posted in the 'MLB Official Plays' channel in Whop in case anyone has issues with discord notifications.
We'll track every play given out here in an external sheet. It'll be posted in a few places, so it'll be easy to find. You can access the sheet via the Bet Tracking tab in Whop, or via the bet-tracking channel in Discord.
It'll vary. Some days will be busier than others, there will be days with no action. Expect the volume to be lower during MLB season (roughly 2-4 plays/day). All plays will be released the day of the game. No earlier than 730 AM ET, no later than 11 PM.
There are no guaranteed refunds. Reach out to me on Twitter (@StephByronKeech) or on Discord and I may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis if the request is reasonable.
When you purchase a subscription, you'll be able to link your discord account and will be granted the necessary roles. If you don't use Discord or don't want to use it, you can access the plays via the Official Plays channel in the Whop itself.
