“The community is great. The whop modules are also done very well. The biggest struggle as someone with experience in TikTok shop and looking forward to the help. Staff roles and moderation with the discord could be improved greatly. Someone to handle discord server issues, such a broken links or answer new member questions would be a huge retention. The community could benefit greatly from a defined and responsive staff that fit within the roles. As joining myself I found myself more of a contributor assisting others while the main team was not available. While it’s a pleasure of mine, I joined the course for the same reason as others. Definitive and set schedule blocks for timing of calls. A later in the day covering most timezones would be beneficial for others help with value as well. I believe the people are great and there is great potential but a slight pause and overhaul on staff and management roles would do wonders. ”
